Introduction & Site Visit
We can start with a Zoom call for a preliminary design consultation to inform us of the living area parameters and the spirit of the project. We conduct a site visit and obtain all files and documentation we need for the land including but not limited: Plat maps, drainage maps, HOA or Design Review Board Information, Local Bureaucracy Guidelines, Utility Information & Soil Reports.

We take all of the information collected from you and the sources and we start to overlay a design. We offer you 3 different preliminary floorplan layouts based on your wishes, building envelopes and requirements and we cross check with authoritative parties to make sure our designs are in line with their rules and regulations. When we reach a floorplan design you like, we move onto interior finishes to make sure the final product of construction has taken designer touches into consideration. An example would be plugs installed underground for living area lamps and USB Plugs for phones.

From Plan to Reality
We look at all of our projects from the eyes of a builder and as people who love functional and beautiful living spaces. We can hand off a full set of blueprints with engineering stamps or we can help you to facilitate the build. When we take on the build, we prefer to have a white glove approach that means we source all the vendors, subcontractors, artisans, landscaping. We also understand that there is huge demand for designing stylish and logical blueprints from a builder's perspective that carries over to the homeowner being able to get their ROI, whether it sells or rents.
