ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
OUR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN PROCESS SEEKS TO TAKE A MULTIFACETED EQUATION
AND SIMPLIFES IT INTO WHAT THE BUILDERS NEED.
INITIAL DESIGN CONCEPT
Upon meeting we go over expectations and initial design concepts reviewing the lot size and factors that need to be considered. An initial design will be provided to you within one week. Square footage, photos, budget, designs should be entered at this time.
CONCEPT REVISION
You will provide revisions based on the initial concept plan. The blueprint will be revised through a series of revisions. It is throughout this phase that we will look at saving money during the construction phase by building efficiently. We will work together to finalize details.
FINAL SET APPROVAL
Final Plans are cross checked with Regulatory offices, utility companies and the Builder. Once Final plan acceptance is signed off on, the final plan set will be sent to necessary offices to gather more supporting documents.
ENGINEERING REVIEW
Structural and Soil Engineers will be attaching their expertise to our Final Plan for the Building Department to review. We want every Client to love their home so we strive to give the best design for their budget.
BUILDING PERMIT
All documentation and reports are submitted to the Building Department for review, and you will receive a Building Permit that allows you to proceed with construction.

If you would like to build with us, please tell us as early as possible. If you have another Builder, we offer Building-Plan Meetings so that no mistakes are made. If you would like to Owner-Build please see our Owner-Builder Page to make sure you are set up for success!
